Explore this trendy, fun, and easy menu addition in our Frozen Pops & Paletas Class. This nostalgic treat has become more popular than ever! Attendees will work with a variety of recipes and techniques to create a wide selection of different frozen pops and paletas, including traditional flavors, sugar free and vegan flavors, filled pops, and pops with alcohol. They will gain hands-on experience in creating pops with many diverse flavors and different textures. Also covered will be dipping finished pops in and assortment of coatings and the use of a variety of ingredients to decorate the pops so that they will really stand out in your display. As a bonus, see how to make and decorate a gelato cake!
