Self-described as artistic, analytical, and organized, Chef Ksenia Penkina joins PreGel’s long list of amazing chef lecturers! She is a student of some of the finest pastry chefs and schools around the world, though she remains dedicated to constantly refining her patisserie skills and techniques—a determination which has earned her the “shiny” title of “Glazing Queen” throughout the industry.
With this amazing talent and attribute to her credit, the international Master Class instructor will enlighten students with the uniquely innovative methods and techniques she utilizes to create exceptional patisserie with masterful visual appeal, guiding 5-Star class attendees in the areas of:
- Classic and modern techniques to create desserts for a wide range of occasions
- Specialty glazing techniques and decorating techniques to present beautiful desserts
* For the price of this class, you will receive a customized class recipe book featuring original recipes by Chef Ksenia Penkina;
