Attendees will learn how pump-fed and gravity-fed soft serve machines work, along with a variety of recipes to create delicious treats including classic flavors, vegan, sorbet, sugar free and more! See how to make novelties with soft serve, such as ice cream sandwiches and gelato bars. Finish the day with scrumptious toppings and dipping options!
